HDMI Audio Devices may fail to install on Radeon RX 400 and Radeon RX 500 series graphic

I using RX570

After i update to ver. 21.2.2 my computer cant detect audio.

I dont know what should i do.

How i can fix it???

I've had the same issue for a couple days now and nothing seems to work. I tried reinstalling the graphics driver and updating driver through the device manger. 

After reading the update notes it says, "HDMI Audio Devices may fail to install on Radeon RX 400 and Radeon RX 500 series graphics products." So I downloaded 20.11 amd have my audio back.
