How is it that after 4 years HDCP prohibiting sleep on windows 10/11 is still an issue. The problem has spanned every software release, and cards ranging from an RX570, RX 580, 6800xt, and a 7900xt. Every single time I install a driver update I have to fumble around to find HDCP (something that almost no one actually uses) to disable it so my PC will fall asleep.
If anyone else wants sleep mode to actually work on any AMD GPU open adrenaline control panel, go to Gaming> display. Click the overrides drop down and find HDCP and disable it. Once you reboot your PC will actually go to sleep properly.
