This is the information and specifications of my system and the specifications of my graphics cards, but the driver of this graphics card is not installed correctly and I have Windows 10. I wanted to know what is the latest driver suitable for my graphics card that I can use?

Seems that you have a laptop and honestly those are tricky and you should use the Driver provided on the product page under support even if they are newer driver out direct from AMD, the driver you use provided by the manufacturer are tweaked specifically for that laptop.

The last/final drivers for that card series was in 2015/16. And there are 4 models of the 7400M series, you need to know which one to install correctly.

In theory you need the 4yr old one, if you use any other model driver even if similar or the new model of the one you have, then you are bound to have little hiccups here and there, so go to the page of your specific model and they should have a support section for the drivers and software for your model.
Usually Hp has pre installed a software to update their drivers and so, try that if not here
