I have this issue where my monitor randomly turns off. After rebooting my PC on, I have my monitor on 60Hz.  In device manager, they say there a compatibility problem, which I don't understand because it worked just fine a minute ago. As I'm writing this now, I'm on 165Hz. (i have to manually uninstall all amd drivers and reintsall them to work). I have no idea why. Every time I turn on  the PC, I have this problem. 

When I got in the display settings, windows say that they are using their graphics drivers. 

Any solutions?

It sounds like Windows is overwriting your AMD GPU drivers.

The 1st method mentioned in this video worked for me. However, I did the 2nd method as well for good measure. Note the differences in the 2nd method from other similar tutorials.
