I got Rx570 i'am stuck on 22.10.1 anything higher than that and GPU utilization is stuck at 100% after closing games.
Have to go to task manager and end task (AMDRSServ). AMD said they fixed the problem with more recent drivers. Yes that problem is fixed GPU utilization is no longer stuck at 100% when installing drivers higher than 22.10.1on closing a game. Now using anything higher than 22.10.1 in any ver. of MSI Afterburner where you see your stats GPU, TEMP, FAN SPEED ETC... when my gpu is idle my core clock and power instead of a straight line it now looks like skyscrapers up and down i have tried every driver from 22.10.2 to most recent for this card and yes card is working fine reinstalled drivers using DDU and did everything correctly. My ,Cpu, power supply ,motherboard ,ram are all working just fine dont know what else to try.
