Hello! I have a 144hz screen and so i need 120 fps for max effect. I have a vega 56, when i play APB my usage is max at 50% and i wont reach 120fps. Even my old gtx 650 can reach 120fps. How can i force max usage?
When i run a benchmark i get 99% usage and good fps but when i play games i dont.
