Purchased a vega 56 sapphire pulse and played Overwatch to notice that the clock speeds were not even reaching 1000mhz, rarely 1300mhz. Power consumption was low along with temperature, the usage was around 60%. Overwatch is running at all low settings and reaching 170fps not capped. Comparing the overclocked profile to the balanced and turbo, all performance was relatively the same. Don't know why the gpu won't boost any higher or increase the usage when there is no fps cap.
However, when benchmarking, the clock speeds and usage max out and around 1600mhz and 100% usage.
Wondering if there are any bottlenecks or settings that can be changed to resolve this issue.
