I would like to ask you for help with a problem, that has been described on the forums many times, yet I could not fix it with the found information.
I have rx 590 and 2 1920*1080 60Hz monitors. The vram clock is sitting steadily at the highest level and does not downclock. I have tride multiple recommendations, like setting custom resolution with amd software, with the ( I am sorry, but I don't exactly remember the name of the setting) VRT and playing around with the vertical blending time or however it's called.
Sadly all info online is normally on higher refresh rate monitors and I have no idea what to try now. My idle temperature is sitting as nearly 40 C and I would love to solve this issue.
If anyone has any recommendations, then I would be very grateful for them!
