GPU core clock stuck at 100% after closing Doom Eternal

I have a problem with the latest AMD drivers (21.10.2 and the lastest beta drivers). When I open and close Doom Eternal the GPU core clock remains at 100% all the time, my GPU is a RX 570 so the max core clock is 1244 mhz. The only way to fix that is restart the PC or kill Radeon Settings: Host service in the task manager, and yes this problem only happens with Doom Eternal, other games works fine, I must say that the previous WHQL drivers (21.8.2) works perfectly fine...

i have same issue on my rx 580 from msi armor oc but it stays at 1366 after playing anything and wont go back unless i restart any fixes yet or just roll back to old driver

So, is this some sort of Polaris exclusive bug? I dunno.

I don't know for sure but these drivers are a bit buggy my card doesn't hold it's oc anymore starts at 1500 then makes it's way down to 1366 but not thermal throttle as it was only at 60 c also if you change speeds in the tuning are your idle will also go back to normal for a bit
