Hello, I have a 6600xt and it has this bug for over 6 months or so. The bug/problem is as follows: Whenever i run a heavy game that requires all 99% of my gpu for 15-20 minutes, my fps drops down to around 15, when i use the amd overlay software it says that it is using 99%, but my pwr usage drops, my fan speeds slows down and like every thing drops, except the GPU util part. "Not so heavy games" like counter strike, stardew valley, getting over it etc. are working fine, but "heavy games" like sea of thieves, god of war, sons of the forest etc. not. I have tried so many things, but im at the point that i really don't know what to do anymore. Some of the things i did are: reinstalling and deleting the drivers through device manager, muliple ddu's, multiple virus scans by windows, NOD 32 and malwarebytes resetting my whole pc, reinstalling windows even went to a repair shop but they also couldn't fix it.
Maybe a thing to mention is that when i reinstal my drivers i can play the "heavy games" for a good 25 minutes in stead of 15.
I'm at the point that im willing to try anything that may work

gpu: xfx rx 6600 xt
cpu: i5 10400f
pws: 750w gold
ram: 16 gb (2x8)
windows 11 ( i also had the problem on windows 10)
motherboard: b460-f
Monitor: MSI Optix MAG341cq (3440x1440)
