Glitchy BSOD when using any AMD driver.

I'm having a bit of a strange issue with my 6700 XT. Whenever my computer crashes for any reason, the BSOD will look strange when any version of the AMD Driver is installed. This also does not happen when the resolution is 1080p, but happens in 4k. It's not a major issue as the AMD Driver is not causing the crashes, but it does make it a bit harder to read as it sometimes cuts off the crash reason. An image will be attached. Does anybody know how I could solve this issue?
