I have a problem with Ghost Recon Breakpoint. Memory clocks do not want to jump to the maximum, oscillate around 1000Mhz-1250Mhz and should 1750Mhz.

GC: MSI GAMING X 5700XT.

'Power Efficiency' is missing from the 20.x.x driver.

You need to contact AMD and request the feature be put back asap.

Not seen that myself, always1750 mem. clock.

This is on 1440p/120hz fullscreen, game settings ultra/very high mix.

Do you have the computer power plan set to 'Performance'? The default 'Balanced' setting would cause this type of issue.
