Hello, i have a RADEON VII GPU and i has been experiencing this issue for a while now, at first i thought it was due to my CPU which was just touching the minimum requirements for the option to show (9th Generation Intel® Core i5™-9400F or equivalent) but now i've swapped to a Ryzen 9 5950X and the option isn't there still.
Looking for solutions online i saw that some people solved the issue using AMD-ID custom drivers but when i tried installing those following the tutorial but my PC blue screens with the message THREAD_STUCK_IN_DRIVER whenever i try to open a game, so i went back to the official drivers. I've tried getting help from genshin's own support but have had no luck does anyone know what i can do in this case? thanks in advance.
