games lagging after update to 19.6.2

hello. i have amd nitro rx570 8gb. i played gta v at high setting, fifa18 with no lag, cs:go 250-300 fps at high settings on my old driver / i dont know my old version of software/. i updated my driver to 19.6.2 recently. then fifa18 lags, tears and i get only up to 120fps and lags in cs:go. why did this happen? can i know my last version of software that ran perfectly. i tried to restore my pc. but nothing happened. pls help. i tried 19.5.2, 19.1.2, 19.1.1, 18.12.2

i have i7-3770, 16gb of RAM, RX 570 8gb.

Your old version could be 19.10.10.1, you should remove the driver and reinstall the old driver with

AMD Radeon setting,

Consider checking what telemetry windows is collecting in the background and check for updates. Something may be bogging the system down.

If you need to keep windows defender on, run a quick virus scan with it - it calms down that unpredictable service.

See how that goes.

Look up what date your card was released and associate it with a driver release ( year).(month).(sub release) format for AMD drivers.

If these are online games - I have personally been experiencing extreme issues with the internet DNS system here in the US and this might be a factor at work in online games also.

probably not, I think windows 10 is doing things in the back ground and it's interrupt based. There's been a lot of random security updates.

You might try the scf scan now command ( look it up for exact syntax ). It can clean up old files.

Since I upgrade win10 to 1903 build when i'm playing a game,  the game (randomly) crash and I recived the same message (" default radeon wattman settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure"). And games lags a lot the 1-2minutes before the game started, and sometimes randomly lag come for a few secs.
