Hi. so everytime i get on a game, it crashes and i keep getting bans cuz the games think im disconnecting. my friend says it could be a driver issue, but i have no idea how to deal with drivers and stuff.

Im on a laptop and im not tech savvy, this is the first time this happens and the amd website is confusing cuz I dont know where are the updates specifically for my graphics card, and i dont wanna mess up.

Please help, ive been trying to find solutions all day and im exhausted TT

these are my specs:

Laptop: Windows 11 - 64 bit
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics 2.10 GHz
RAM: 12.0 GB (11.3 GB usable)

As you don't list any graphics card, we can only assume you're using the integrated graphics of the 5500U.

So go to the AMD Drivers page and search for 5500U.
