Games dont work when Valve Index is plugged into my RX 6700 XT

For some reason, some of my games stop working when my valve index is plugged into my gpu, so i have to disconnect it and restart my whole pc to fix it.
I dont know whats causing this. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I am having the same issue with games that are very popular. This graphics card, along with all AMD products have completely lost my trust with this issue. It's been MANY MONTHS without a fix. Guys, seriously.. Listen to your friends and just get Nvidia. AMD is either scuffed like Blizzard or just doesn't give a #&#&@&

Late 2024 and this issue has still not been fixed. I run a 6800 XT and Stardew Valley, Don't Starve Together, Fallout New Vegas, and Fallout 4 all give me errors and fail to launch unless my index is not plugged into my pc when starts. I'm sure there are more. I love the card performance wise and the extra vram over the nvidia competition of the same gen was the entire reason I went for team red but bugs like this kill any chance of a smooth experience.
