Fullscreen OpenGL Render blocks app event

It only happens on fullscreen mode on 4800u graphics (30.0.15021), it blocks menu popuping and also some others events. It's ok on rendering on normal window and also ok on others graphics (Intel, Nvidia).

My bad, it's not events be blocked, but the Menu by TrackPopupMenu() is not shown. The menu is popuped properly on windowed mode, but dispears on fullscreen mode.

Windows automatically disables DWM for opengl windows that have the exact dimensions of the primary screen. This causes numerous issues, such as menus and popups not showing up, and alt+tab misbehavior.  As told on a QT forum. 
Anyway, I'm wondering that  the menus is popuped properly on Intel or Nvidia graphics. So it means that Intel and Nvida did some patch on drivers?
