Hi. I upgraded my video card today from RX 6600 to 7700 XT, and in games on DirectX 9 at full screen resolution - my fps just locking at 144 frames (that's my monitor refresh rate). I have tried everything I can:
1. Disabled VSync in the game and in Adrenalin settings
2. turned off Freesync in the monitor and in Adrenalin settings.
3. Disabled Chill, FRTC and Enhanced Sync
4. I reinstalled drivers (the latest at the moment), and even rolled them back to 24.3.1.
None of these helped me. I noticed that it happens only in full screen mode, in windowed mode there is no such thing, FPS goes over 600-700.
Is there any way to fix this?
