Trying to limit FPS on a Card Game as I'm sure it doesn't need to run at 144 FPS but upon testing on both Windowed and Fullscreen FRTC/Chill do not work at all. Radeon VII Driver v23.8.2. Haven't tested on latest driver (v23.9.2) as they have other problems with other programs which are a bit more annoying to deal with.
