I am writing to inform you that using the equipment produced by your company (Radeon VII) I faced the following issue.

During the video playback in HDR mode (1440p 60fps) 50% of the frames are dropped. On the display we observe small freezing of the image like in 24-30 fps mode. GPU load at the moment is 50%. The issue is observed on the following software versions:
Windows 10 1909 (18363.752), Adrenalin Driver 20.3.1, Google Chrome 80 (80.0.3987.149)
HDR mode in Windows 10 for streaming videos is enabled.
Our stand consists of (Radeon VII, Razer Core X Chroma, Dell S3220DGF, Razer Stelth 13").
This problem appears at more than 30 fps videos.
The issue did not arise at the earlier version of the software. (Adrenalin Driver 20.1.2) When HDR mode is desabled, frames don't drop and the GPU load is less than 20%.
Besides, after the video playback in HDR mode SDR content loses brightness of colors that we didn't observe with the earlier version of the software.
I think the problem is in driver of Adrenalin 20.3.1. Could you, please, verify the point and fix the issue in the following versions.
