Freesync doesn't work anymore with last Windows 10 patch ( 1803)

Hi guys, after installing the latest Windows 10 patch (1803) and the latest AMD Radeon drivers for my RX 560 ( 18.5.2) freesync doesn't work anymore.  My Monitor is an AOC g2460pf, I've Overwatch capped at 142 fps, freesync now just work at window mode, if I put window mode borderless  or full screen it doesn't work. I also tried with previous radeon drivers that worked fine in the past but now the issue persists. Any suggestions? In my opinion it seems related to this new Windows version.

Freesync has suffered with 1803 and so has Nvidias Gsync. This is Microsoft changing the graphics subsystem without letting the hardware maker in on those changes in time to be ready for prime time. Let Microsoft know your satisfaction and wait for new Windows patch or AMD driver update is about all you can do.
