Describe your issue:
Backlight flashing in multiple games. I keep FPS within monitor refresh rate 48Hz-144Hz but screen still flashes. The problem does not occur with the freesync off.
Example: PUBG PC 3.7.27
I have no decent recording device but in about 27-28 seconds of the film 2 flashes are clearly visible – the best to watch in windowed mode. For human eye flashes are visible all the time with short breaks. About 100 FPS when flashes occured.
When I've recorded gameplay using Radeon ReLive no flashing on the film were visible although they were clearly visible to me during recording it.

Update 09/04/2018: Just installed and played Fortnite - amazing piture, very smooth with no brightnes flickering. FreeSync work beutyfully.
When I've changed setting to ultra in Fortnite and FPS dropped below 48fps (48Hz - my monitor's lowest refresh rate) I had exactly the same backlight flickering like in ex. PUBG.
But in PUBG flickering is present all the time no matter 40 fps, 70 or 120 :-/
