Windows 11 24H2. In DX11 games (f.e. War Thunder) FRTC didn't limit fps on 7800XT. In Radeon Settings FRTC enabled and seted to 60 fps. But in game there is no limit.

Found the cause of it - Enabled Enhanced Sync in Global settings didn't allows to work FTRC.
