Hello, I have a problem with fps drops.
I asked a friend in Ukraine to assemble a computer and send it to Poland.
He conducted a test and in the same CS GO at high it was about 60 fps, when the computer arrived my fps was 40 at the minimum,
updated all the drivers and downloaded the updates, still nothing helped, I looked at different forums and everywhere it was said that with with such characteristics,
I can play at high, tested several games and everywhere the same result. Tell me what to do? Here are the specs:
