Any idea how to get this to work as it only ever shows N/A or 0 if I'm lucky.

Uninstalled/Reinstalled Adrenaline, Turned off Fullscreen optimization...  Tried multiple games.... but nothing.

Is there something I'm missing or is this feature not working as intended ?

Are you playing in fullscreen or borderless mode? I mostly play borderless and it works in everything.

Tried both and messing with a whole other heap of settings including disabling full screen optimisation.

Used DDU and installed most recent clean also to see if it would help but no joy.

It's now in their Known Issues section of the driver release notes (23.7.2). So apparently the issue is on the driver side, not on your end:

• Performance Metrics Overlay may report N/A for FPS on various games.
