I am writing here on behalf of Enemy Territory Legacy Developer Team.
For quite of time players with AMD GPU's started to report to us that skyportals in game started to flicker randomly and making those weird graphical/visual artefacts.

Reverting to older version of GPU Drivers (October 2022 Revision Number: 22.Q4) fixes the issue but thats not the solution here.
Here is some code from source responsible for few thing that skyportals require.

UPDATE ON THIS TOPIC:
After contacting 1 of your employee he suggested me to write more info about what GPU's were having those issues and more about game.

RX 5000 Series (cannot specify here)
RX RX6600 (Not sure if any other are affected)
