Hello - I have an older laptop hooked up to a no name 1080p TV. It is a perfect setup for what I use it for.
I upgraded the old laptop to Windows 10 - and now CCC will not load as it says it is incompatible.
My TV has no controls for 'fit screen' - just a few zoom and aspect ratio presets and none of them allow the picture to fill the screen.
I went down the rabbit hole on google, and found some ideas about registry tweaks, but they didn't work. I even found a setting TvOverscan in the video section of the registry, but setting this to 0, 1, or even 2 had no effect.
It is a mobility radeon HD 4500 series graphics card in a Toshiba laptop. Windows 10, 21h1.
I don't mind editing the registry if I can make this work - or even a workaround to getting CCC to load so I can adjust the HDMI underscan from there.
Any tips are greatly appreciated!
