Firepro CC, Unhandled Exception Error in 10 bit Support Mode

V4900 Graphics Card, Firepro CC ver. 2017.0130.1123.20418

I've reached the bottom of my tool box. When 10 bit support is enabled in Firepro CC, CC takes a long time to load, will not identify desktops or monitors and throws off an unhandled exception error. Selecting 'Identify All' results in an Unhandled exception error, "0 is not a valid value for 'FontSize.'"

It's possible the problem is related to a monitor failure and my efforts to troubleshoot (switching outputs, starts/restarts, disable/enable, uninstall/install and etc.). The current main monitor is a replacement for a bricked monitor.

I've done extensive online research, including the AMD community forums without success. Here are the steps I've taken to alleviate the problem.
Used AMD driver cleanup/removal in safe mode before each install/reinstall

Clean Install/Uninstall/Reinstall most recent CCC/driver, firepro-win10-64bit-nieg-15.201.2401.1010-feb14-2017
Clean Install/Uninstall previous CCC/Driver, 14.502.1019-whql-firepro-windowsx32x64-retail
Disable/Enable & Uninstall/Reinstall V4900 from device manager
Updated Windows 10 to current ver. 1809 (to update .Net Framework). Versions 2.0 - 4.7.2 Installed on system

Uninstalled previous stand-alone installations of .NET Framework. Used .Net Framework cleanup & .Net Framework fix tool.

I have a dual boot system with Win Vista as an OS option. With the Vista system, Catalyst Pro Center, ver. 2013.0530.352.5022 is fully functional with 10 bit support enabled.

The problem persists. My sense is there is a registry setting fouling things up somewhere. Please advise on the best course of action.

I've attached CCC screen shots, and the full error log. System information is listed below.

Updated original post with Visual Studio Output when Debug was attached to CCC process. This includes Output when Firepro Catalyst was opened and when identify all was selected.
