I need help since I installed Windows 10 but the screen resolution is not correct and does not allow me to change it. I tried to install the drivers but I can't find the drivers for the graphics cards that my computer registers. When accessing device manager they register 2.
AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series, when I install the AMD program it tells me that it is not compatible.
Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 I can't find the drivers for this one on the Intel website.
Before it worked without problem and when I do the diagnosis with dxdiag it shows:
