When I'm playing Football Manager 2019, at 10-15 minutes of executing it, it crashes with this error description: Device is lost. FAILED DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED, reason is FAILED DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED.
This problem doesn't happen on other games, as I am able to play them with any problems whatsoever.
I have contacted SEGA Support and Windows support and they weren't able to solve my problem. Although, they suggested it might be my drivers that are not correctly updated. My device can't be found on the list of AMD Products list. I was able to find a solution around that and downloaded the Radeon Crimson 16.2.1 installer as the Adrenaline installer doesn't detect my device, and it still didn't work. My laptop is an HP Pavilion 17 Notebook PC (Serial Number 5CD4414D1M) and i will add my dxdiag and the msinfo32 if someone needs it. Thanks for your help
