When I clean installed windows 10 pro on my laptop, My AMD display driver started giving me display lags everytime.
When I uninstalled the driver and re-installed it, again it started giving me display lags. I am facing this problem from more than 2 months...

Laptop- Dell Inspiron 15 3541
APU- AMD A6-6310 with R4 Graphics (x64 based processor)
RAM- 4 GB DDR3L
Storage-500 GB
Display- 1366*768 Resolution, 60hz Refresh Rate
Software- Windows 10 Pro(version-1909)
