everytime i move my mouse either on the home screen or in game it seems almost like the refresh rate drops. Its not fps because I have a counter and it stays consistent. I tried using the amd cleanup utility to uninstall those drivers and install 23.4.3 (My brother who has the same gpu uses this and his is completely fine.) and it still persists. I have tried dropping my polling rate of my mouse from 1000 to 500 and it doesn't help. When I turn on my computer it is fine for a little bit until the adrenaline software finishes loading and then it starts so I know its driver related.
