Hello
I have the AMD FirePro W9000 and have been trying to update the drivers but end up with the above error message. This afternoon i have had 2 instances of the screens going blank for a moment and then refreshing but not reverting back to full display on my trading software. All the window frames appear but none of the content within the windows! i did not take an image to show.
As a result of this i tried to update the software by downloading the latest drivers as well as the trying to instal the Auto detect software. both methods result in an error message.
So i have tried using AMD cleanup utility and got into problems loading the automatic detection and installer, used the cleanup again and simply tried installing the software and received the above error message
The windows driver however shows the most recent update has been installed:
The OpenGL is no longer ticked!
Lets see if this solves the issue.
Just had another momentary "black-out" on my pc, upon recovery this is what is the partial recovery leads to:
It is highly disruptive but the only more disappointing thing is not 1 AMD staff has reached out to help. Until a few weeks ago i had never experienced such a problem!
The windows to the left and right should have charts uploaded - only the matrix window in the middle has recovered.
