I cannot install Adrenalin for my newly bought Radeon RX 6600, therefore i cannot get the newest drivers.

Error 211 pops up all the time saying it has denied access. IT HAS NOT.
I gave it all the possible permissions, turned off windows defender, ran as administrator. Nu-uh. Not working. I watched whole youtube about this problem and my google hyperlinks are all purple by now.
It is ridiculous!

Sometimes...Try to use a Full Clean Install.... using Display Driver Uninstaller ( DDU) before...hope it will Work

Have you tried creating a new local user account with full admin and try there?

Reseting windows while keeping files? 

Sfc /scannow

It might help to know some more info on pc specs & OS (build/version).

Is controlled folder access &/or bitlocker off, any 3rd party AV installed?

Screw all this specifications mumbo-jumbo(this bull**bleep** never helped anyone), the real culprit was Windows 10 who turned out to be above ME.
