I tried to install the driver, but I had this error even after disabling the antivirus and firewall.

In the installer log it appears: Error code to display to user: 195. Debug hint: "Failed to download for C:\AMD\AMDSoftwareInstaller\amd-software-adrenalin-edition-24.7.1-minimalsetup-240719_64bit"

Dealing with the exact same problem, now I cant live stream because I uninstalled the old drivers before the new. I have turn all protection off and still cant connect.

Having the same issue i am unable to install latest drivers. I installed new mashine recently and it looks like that driver resources are unavailable on AMD server. Please check that ASAP AMD team.

Same issue. I had installed the driver but as my laptop got screen off, I had to force the shutdown, and once trying to install the INSTALLED software, including downloading the latest software, the error 195 still remains.
