I deleted my amd to reinstall the new one now it wont let me install the new graphics drivers, i have followed the steps still nothing

Error 186 is explained in detail here. It would indicate that the package file you are trying to install from is corrupted.

And Error 195 is detailed here. It indicates either the link is bad or something on your system is preventing it from working.

If you post what graphics card you have we can try and steer you to the correct driver download link. When you reply with your graphics card also include details on the rest of your system including hardware and operating system.
