I recently turned my old pc that has an hd 7750 but my pc (and Windows update) recognizes it as a hd 4400 for some reason. I tried installing the latest driver for the 7750 to fix it but it keeps giving me the 182 error.
The only issue I saw on the graphic card was the hdmi and vga ports not working, other than that it looks ok.

Notice that the graphics card is recognized as a hd 4200, however, after checking my card i confirmed that it is a hd 7750
