hi i buy a hd radeon 6870 and 3 day in a row all youtube video about fix amd software problem

i watched and try it

the card does not showing in device manager can anyone help me ?

What AMD Driver were you trying to install?

That Video card is ancient and the last AMD drivers are two - 2015 & 2016: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-6000-series/amd-radeon-hd-6870

Try one of those 2 drivers and see if that error goes away.

I download this two driver and all goes 100 %

And do windows update 

But after restart pc should the gpu showing in device manager 

But nothing i see

That is your problem. There is no other update after 2016. Windows Update must be installing a different driver then the one that is compatible after you finish installing the correct driver.

Disable Windows Update from downloading and installing Device Drivers on your computer.

When you install the 2015/2016 AMD driver package you must have the internet disconnected until after you install the package using DDU in Safe mode or desktop. Also delete the created AMD Installation folder at C:\AMD before and after running the AMD Driver package.

I got A error while doing that 

Radeon software says detecion driver error contact amd for assitance 

A catalyst one failed to load detection driver 

I disconnect the internet and join safe mode
