Error 173

I have Radeon 575 Graphics and whenever I open my computer it tells me I have to update my drivers, however the installer said I don't have an AMD device?

can someone please tell me what to do? I'm concerned.

Is this on a laptop?

If so, download drivers from the laptop manufacturers website..
