the last 3 GPU software updates in the last 3 months have all had the same issue starting with the first update in the new year , whenever i try to record/stream with AMD HW H.264 encoder it lags everything and makes gpu usage jump to 100% stuck and then crashes , this didn't use to happen in the older versions that's why i'm using an older one rn but i'd really love to update my gpu some time soon so can we work on a fix or something?

back to what version ? i think this happen to me too i dont know it happen when i install nvidia gpu or maybe because of driveer ?  then i try amf avc use 100% and very laggy, but hevc only 60%  and very smooth with obs

but with adrenaline recording its normal weird i dont know whats wrong is it driver ? sorry writing this while confusing too 🤨
