Besides enable or disable VRR in Radeon Settings, does open SDK, library or other methods for other Windows application can enable and disable VRR?

I can't quite understand if its just a question or you can't activate VRR?

If its the latter, check the monitor menus.
If its the first, they can be enabled/disabled in some game settings, Windows and AIB graphic card proprietary software and third party software made for that.
