Drivers timeout with 24.9.1 drivers and higher

For whatever reason, my PC gives me Drivers Timeout whenever I play a YouTube video on my second monitor while recording my first one with the software recording function. Everytime it's playing and I change the size to Fullscreen to non-fullscreen (or viceversa), cinema mode etc i get drivers timeout.

Seems to be happening when I put my custom Fan Curve in the Optimization (I think that is the name in English) tab in the software.

All this started roughly 20 days ago and I havent found a fix yet. I tried disabling MPO as someone suggested but no luck with that. Same thing with factory resetting my PC

I've also seen many posts on this reddit from people who are having drivers timeout in different scenarios (like playing some games, on idle, etc) so could it be just a Windows problem?

PC specs (if that can help)

CPU: i3-13100f

GPU: RX6600

RAM: 2x8GB 3200MHz

Windows: 10 22H2

Drivers: now using 24.8.1 because they seem to be the most stable

I use the AMD Software recording.
I have two monitors, one 165Hz and the other one 75Hz. The 165 has Freesync on the other one don't. 165 is connected to GPU with DisplayPort and the 75 with HDMI. The one where i put my videos is the 75Hz
