What OS are you using? Windows or Linux?
Here are all of AMD Embedded Drivers but I don't see any for your processor but maybe it has the motherboard definition:AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops
Have you contact the manufacturer of the Motherboard to see if they have any drivers to download?
If none of those apply is best to open a AMD SERVICE REQUEST who will then assign you a Embedded Specialist to help you from here: Online Service Request | AMD
Let them know you are a business.
EDIT: Found this motherboard manufacturer JETWAY that has VGA Driver to download but Windows XP: J8F9 :: J8F9-P-LF :: AMD CS5536 Chipset :: AMD Geode LX 800 :: Nano-ITX :: JETWAY COMPUTER CORP.
I wouldn't use these very old Drivers if your Motherboard isn't Jetway. Just showing an example of why you need to go to your motherboard's Manufacturer Support site to see if they have any updated drivers.
From what I have seen, it seems that Processor is legacy and not supported by any more updated Drivers. Just guessing since I can't find any drivers for your processor.
