Drivers Crash

I made myself a PC and bought a Sapphire pulse RX 5600 XT BE, 3 weeks ago. Sometimes, when I play games, AC or Cold War, my game crashes. My screen goes all black for 2 seconds and it says that the driver took too long to respond. I reinstall all the drivers with DDU, did a file checker, looked at my temp. The problem was still there. So I tought the problem was the graphic card so I tried with a gtx 1050 and the problem still happen. I really don't know what to do can someone help me pls. Could the problem be that I don't connect the 4 pin connector cpu.

My system

AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT

RX 5600 XT

MSI X570 Gaming Edge Wifi

Corsair vengeance LPX 2 x 8 GB 3200 MHz

EVGA 600 BR

Thank you for helping me

1. connect the 4-pin and test
2. update BIOS and test
3. CMOS and leave everything at AUTO (also no XMP) and test
4. flash old stock vbios (with lower vram clocks)

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

I don't have a 4 pins cpu connecter with my psu. But I did remove xmp and now the problem seems to be solved. But I want my Ram to be fullspeed what Do I Do?

if XMP caused problems:

1. upgrade to latest bios
2. maybe try manual OC (like run XMP but only with 2800MHz or 2933MHz etc)
2b. or use XMP and manually losen the timings a bit

or buy different RAM...

like my GA-AX370-Gaming 5 doesnt like the Ripjaws V but loves my Trident Z RGB (now running DDR4-3200CL14 with 4x8GB)
