Drivers are wrong somehow.

So appearently, I was using the Radeon 520 graphics card for the entire time but thought it was R5 M435. Now I downloaded back the drivers on my laptop which are old and saw that it shows up as Radeon 520. Then I downloaded latest Radeon 520 drivers but now it again shows up as R5 M435. How do I fix this issue? Also adding onto that, I also can't open radeon settings.

The 520 is a rebranded M430 series, there is no error, just the same card under a different name.

Oh ok. But still it annoys me as I can't open radeon software with latest updates. I've deleted drivers and re-downloaded but still doesn't work somehow. I checked for solution on internet but I even saw someone who formatted their PC but it also didn't work as they said so.
