hello i have problem it amd drivers 19.5.2

does not detect the vulkan uncknow gpu

I have done a clean installation of windows 10

but still with the same problem does not detect the graphics card

windows 10 1903

gigabyte radeon rx 580 8gb gaming

amd fx8300 3.3 ghz

24 gb ram ddr3 1333mhz
