I upgraded a Dell Vostro desktop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The machine uses Radeon HD 6450 graphics for display purpose. I downloaded the proper 64bit Windows 10 driver from the AMD web site. However I keep getting an error message saying the new driver will not start during the install process.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
