Do you have a AMD APU Processor installed in your laptop?
If you do then you need to download the APU Processor's Integrated Graphics driver: Click on "Processors with Graphics" from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support
That driver will install both your IGPU and Discrete GPU card drivers.
If you have an Intel Processor you first must update all of your Intel Drivers especially your Intel Graphics and CHIP Set drivers and BIOS version if it is out-dated.
Then install the download AMD laptop driver from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-7000m-series/amd-radeon-hd-7470m
All of the HD 7xxxM drivers are the same.
NOTE: It is best to install your laptop's OEM AMD Driver which is 100% compatible. But if it is very out-dated then try installing the last AMD Driver for your GPU card in your laptop.
