Driver v23.9.3 seems to have the same bug as v23.9.2 for me.
Using the system for Win11 desktop work only, after an hour or two the screen freezes for about 5 seconds. It then goes on to repeat it so frequently (3-4 times per minute) that I am forced to reboot.
I noticed that when using a Remote Desktop Session in full screen mode and then restoring back down to windowed mode often brings on the freezing. Sometimes Visual Studio 2022 can trigger it in the same way too. Anyway once it starts it makes the machine unusable.
I've gone back to v23.9.1 and everything is good.
