Driver update error

Hello, yestrday i tried to install the latest driver and i get this microsoft error while the driver is installing, the download finishes but idk what this error means. (rx7800xt)

Screen Randomly flickers black after the update.

So the Error that i was getting was from the hyperx ngenuity app i guess ?, idk what was making it give me an error but i uninstalled it, then started the amd cleanup uninstalled everything and reinstalled drivers manually and now it updates without showing the error, i do not know if that was the reason for the black flickering, but ill use the pc for a bit and see if screen flickers black again
